Murzan Model DUS-50, sanitary, stainless steel, 55 gallon drum unloader with number of drums per hour – depending on materials, application, pump configuration and operator dexterity. Capable of unloading drums made of metal, plastic or fiber with, or without liners and capable of handling most viscous products with viscosities up to 150,000 centipoise and solids up to 6". CIP capable with optional adaptor. Equipped with Murzan PI-50 double diaphram pump has 20" stainless steel follower plate, non-lubricated, oil free air valve, 24" long x 27" wide roller in feed and discharge conveyor with 27" long x 2" OD rollers set on 4-1/2" centers with 2-1/2" gaps and roller drum centering section with 26" long x 1-1/4" OD rollers set on 3-1/4" centers with 2" gaps. Control panel has pump restart and off, bag blow-back on / off DUS positioner, raise. lower, off pump power on, off and drum centering extend off and detract control switches. Mounted on stainless steel frame has roller in feed and discharge with casters.
