Utilizes slice, crosscut, and circular knifes with size ranges: 1/8" to 5/8" Slice Thickness, 9/32" to 3" Crosscut, 1/8" and up to 3" Circular. Continuous motion for uninterupted production and accept products up to 5-1/2" in any dimension. Product is fed thru hopper into a rotating impellor to the blades. Equipped with stainless steel feed hopper, discharge chute and lift off safety guarding start and stop push buttons controls. Mounted on stainless steel frame with casters.
Change parts required for different size changes.
