HE-10 cleated incline conveyor equipped with 32" long x 29" wide x 23" deep, 5.7 ft³ hopper with a 43" infeed height, 72" long x 11" wide belt with 3" high cleats set on 6" centers with a 78" discharge height, feeds directly to NES-36 sorter bowl.
NES-36 sorter bowl equipped with 35" diameter x 4" deep bowl with a 77" infeed height, 1¼" wide x 1½" high cap discharge opening with a 73" discharge height, caps travel via fixed size cap chute directly to NEHDRPA 20-40 rotary plug applicator.
NEHDRPA 20-40 heavy duty rotary press on capper equipped with 88" long x 4¼" wide through conveyor with a 36" infeed height for bottles, 43" infeed height for cap chute, (2) 27" long worm screw to star wheel indexing, 4 capper heads, 36" diameter turret, capped product discharge height of 36". Control panel with AB PLC and touchscreen HMI.
