Nothum, Model BP-40 BatterPro, submerging batter / tempura applicator. For use with all conventional pumpable batters with pounds of product per minute – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 40" wide x 78" long stainless steel wire mesh product belt, 40" wide overhead conveyor to keep product submerged, twin shaft paddle agitated batter trough and positive displacement batter recirculation pump. Mounted on (4) leg stainless steel base with casters.
