P E, Model SPLENDID L4A, Automatic, inline, cold glue, labeling system to apply pre-printed cut and stack style labels to cylindrical containers for full or partial wrap applications with number of labels and containers per minute – depending on materials and application. Container size range: 1½" to 5" in Diameter x 4¼" to14¾" in Height. Label size range: 1¾" to 16½" in Length x 1" to 7" in Height. Equipped with 153" long x 4" wide container conveyor, with worm screw in feed, pre-cut sheet stock label magazine, horizontal stripe cold glue wheel applicator and 40" long x 7" high wrap station with (6) 1½ OD x 7" High compression rollers. Control panel has P.E.electronic controller with HMI and power on start / stop, safety guard, screw safety, reset, e-stop push button and glue pump controls. Mounted on base frame with stainless steel cladding and interlock safety guarding with (4) leg height adjustable legs.
