Padlocker, Model TF.6.TSF.E, automatic tray former. Tray size range: 16" to 48" in Length; 16" to 40" in Width, and a maximum depth of 15" (maximum blank sizes of 48" wide and 56" long). Equipped with a 2000 lb capacity 41" long x 27" wide roller conveyor scissor lift magazine, vacuum blank feeder, adjustable forming plow (ram plate is a change part to accommodate tray size), Nordson hot melt glue system with pattern control and a 19" wide x 64" long discharging belt conveyor. Includes push button start / stop controls for lift and cycle. Control dials for blank feed (manual / off / auto) and glue pattern (1 / 2 / 3 / 4). Speed dependent on materials, application and machine configuration.
