Delkor, Model TFS, Automatic, stainless steel, (3) head, tray former. Rated from 10 to 55 cycles per minute with number of trays per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Welded stainless steel construction. Maximum Blank Size: 18" in Length; 14" in Width. Equipped with (3) 42" long powered blank tray magazines, (2) suction cup vacuum recipicating pick-in-place, (3) mechanical tray forming heads. Control panel has A/B PLC and panelview controller with start, stop, e-stop push button controls and statis light. Mounted on stainless steel frame with lift-up access safety door guarding.
