Woodman, Model ECT625-HS, automatic, intermittent motion, single head tray former hot melt glue sealer. Rated from 10 to 75 trays per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Tray size range: 4" to 17¾" in length; 2¾" to 12" in Width; 1½" to 5" in Depth. Equipped with 28” long blank tray magazine, (4) station rotary vacuum pick and place tray former, Nordson hot melt glue and self contained vacuum systems with 12" wide x 60" long Dorner discharge conveyor. Control panel with A/B controller with A/B touch screen HMI and start / stop / e-stop push buttons with interlock safety guarding and statis light bar. Mounted on base frame with multi height adjustable legs.
