Delkor, Model TF-1504SS, automatic, stainless steel, (4) head, tray former. Rated from 10 to 55 cycles per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Maximum Blank Size: 30" in Length; 50" in Width. Equipped with (4) 43" long powered blank tray magazines, (4) single suction cup vacuum recipicating pick-in-place, (4) mechanical tray forming heads and hooded seal area with lexan lift-up access safety door. Control panel with an A/B PLC, A/B PanelView Plus 700 touch screen display and push button start / stop controls. Mounted on stainless steel base frame with locking casters.
