Polypack Shrink Bundler FH2432C
Back to All EquipmentPolypack, Model FH-24-32C, intermittent motion, stainless steel, shrink bundling system. Rated from 1 to 30 wraps per minute – depending on materials, application and pack pattern. Can accomodate pack patterns up to 48″ long x 24″ wide x 14″ high. Bundler: Equipped with 170″ long x 6″ wide product in feed belt conveyor, indexing and accumulation sections to pass product through film, up to 32″ in width, with hot wire film cut-off jaws. Control panel has A/B PLC controller with touch pad controls and readout, start / stop / e-stop push buttons, interlock safety guarding and statis light bar. Dual bottom film carriages with specifications: up to 24″ in Width; up to 20″ in Diameter; on 3″ Diameter core.
Tunnel: Equipped with 30″ wide x 14″ high total aperture, with 40″ long heating chamber, 104″ long x 25½” wide mesh conveyor, temperature and air flow controls. Both mounted on on stainless steel common base frame with casters.
