Rated to: 60 – 80 ppm Depending on product and capability of filler. Pouch size range: 3.54" to 4.33" in width; 5.9" to 9.84" in length. Equipped with 10 gallon agitated, self contained heated jacketed, product supply hopper, 45" long x 4" wide automatic (2) belt pre-made pouch magazine, stations for pouch loading, bag open with air blast assist, product fill, ultra sonic sealing with (2) 4(5/16)" wide jaws, hot seal with 10" wide jaws, quench with 10" wide jaws and chute to discharge conveyor, 43" long x 4" wide (2) belt discharge conveyor. Control panel with touch screen HMI and statis light bar. Mounted on stainless steel frame with interlock safety guarding and Siko adjustment.
