Back to All EquipmentRoss, 7½ gallon capacity (5 gallon working capacity), 316 stainless steel insulated and jacketed tank. Vessel dimensions: 13½" ID with 12" straight wall. Equipped with a clamp down cover, top mounted ½ HP prop agitator and self contained heated jacket. Dish bottom with 1½" tri-clamp discharge with 29" ground clearance. Control panel with heater on / off switch, digital readout for product / jacket temperatures and touch screen HMI for mixer.
