Rated from 20 to 300 containers per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Cap size range: 13mm to 89mm, container size range: 1" to 5½" in diameter; 1" to 8" in height with proper change parts. Equipped with a 5" wide x 126" long container conveyor, 42" long x 48" wide x 28" deep cap hopper with a 8" wide x 120" long cleated inclined conveyor with 1½" high cleats set on 9" centers, 44" diameter pin sorting bowl, cap chute, 24" long timing screw to star wheel container indexing, a 20" diameter rotary turret with 8 magnetic chuck capper heads set on 5¾" centers. Control panel has an AB PLC with an AB PanelView 1000 touch screen display. Mounted on a heavy duty base frame with lexan safety guarding.
