Equipped with 90" long x 2-1/2" wide delron product in feed belt conveyor with automatic over head sweep arm product loader to 209" long fixed product bucket conveyor with 4-1/2" long x 1/2" wide x 9-/12" deep total dimmension buckets with 2" long x 1/2" wide x 9-1/2 deep product holder pockets set on 5" centers. (2) belt automatic blank carton magazine with (4) head rotary suction cup pick n place, carton top squaring hold down bar, automatic side barrel cam product loader, no product / no carton, no carton / no load, major / minor flap plows and closers, with 20" long compression discharge belt conveyor. Control panel has A/B CPU controller with panel view, start, reset, stop and e-stop push button controls, VFD and statis light bar. Mounted on heavy duty base frame with interlocking safety guarding, leveling legs and hand held controller.
