Slice thickness ranges from 1/16" to 3/8", circular knives range from 1/8" to 1" and crosscut knives range from 1/8" to 1-1/2" spacing (all with proper change parts). Equipped with top-mounted 15” long x 14” wide x 18” deep stainless steel product feed hopper. Control panel has start, stop and safety controllers. Mounted on stainless steel frame with locking casters. Change parts required to accommodate size ranges.
