Urschel Model RA, stainless steel dicer and slicer for a variety of food products with volumes per hour -depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Size range: 1/16" to 3/8" Slicing Knife; 1/8" to 1" Circular Knife; 0.05" to 3" Crosscut Knife. Accepts products up to 3-1/2" in any dimension. Equipped with feed hopper, discharge chute and lift off safety guarding. Able to "strip cut" with removal of crosscut knife. Mounted on (4) leg frame. Change parts required per application.
