Container size: up to 4-3/4" OD. Fill range: 1oz to 32 oz. both with proper change parts. Equipped with 30" rotary table and has (12) 1-1/2" ID cup pockets set on 6" centers with 24" long empty cup magazine, 12" ID x 24" Deep product hopper, with 3/4" OD positive cut off nozzle, bottom up fill, no container / no fill, roll stock film and heat sealing station, ram arm reject. Control panel has PLC controller with filler, sealer, heater and dropper on/off switches table jog stop run switch, vari-speed dial and temperature heat controller with start, reverse and e-stop push buttons. Mounted on stainless steel frame with casters and interlock safety guarding. Change parts required to accommodate size and fill range.
