Zalkin / Fowler Model CASF, automatic, stainless steel, 12 head rotary chuck capper with number of containers per minute – depending on materials and application. Cap and container sizes: per application with proper change parts. Equipped with 140" long x 3-1/2" wide plastic interlock container belt conveyor, has 48" long worm screw to star wheel container indexing with U-Shaped container transfer conveyor to cap chute currently set for 100mm caps, no container / no cap and has (12) frictionless, magnetic clutch chuck cap heads with quick release gripper jaws set on 11" centers to star wheel discharge with 84" long x 3-1/2" wide discharge conveyor. Control panel has strongarm swing arm controller and A/B panelview controller with control power on / off, cycle start, stop, reset cap starter, jog and e-stop push button controls. Mounted on stainless steel base frame with safety guarding doors and statis light bar.
