Rated from 20 to 90 bags per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Bag size range: 2″ to 7″ in Width; 2″ to 8″ in length with proper change parts. Equipped with 9″ long vertical seal jaws, 8″ wide horizontal seal jaws, dual side film assist belts, film detection and tracking, registration film advance, and servo drive motors. Maximum film roll size: 12″ OD x 15″ Wide. Control panel has touch screen HMI controller with power on / off switch start and e-stop push buttons. Mounted on stainless steel base frame with interlocking Lexan guarding and leveling legs.
