Vessel dimensions: 23" diameter with a 10" straight wall and 22" total depth. Equipped with bolt down lid with a 44" infeed height, tilt out bridge mounted scrape surface agitation powered by a 2 Hp drive, flush mounted temperature probe, 5" diameter sight glass, 3" Tri-clamp discharge with ball valve and 6½" clearance to cart. Mounted on stainless steel cart with locking casters.
