Adco Model 15D105EC, semi automatic, horizontal, hot melt glue cartoner. Carton size range: 1" to 9-1/2" in Length; 3/4" to 4" in Width; 4" to 11" in Depth. Equipped with (4) chains adjustable set on 12" centers, 2-1/2" wide x 3" high lugs, 36" long automatic carton magazine, (2) head rotary vacuum pick and place, top carton hold down rail, 72" long product load area, Nordson hot melt glue system and Siko gauges. Controls with vacuum, on / off, start, stop, e-stop and foot pedal jog. Mounted on heavy duty base frame with interlock safety guarding, casters and leveling legs.
Speed dependant on materials application and machine configuration.
