Equipped with (2) screw feed design and has 19" long x 16" wide x 20" deep ID, stainless steel product hopper with 4" OD horizontal screw that eliminates vacuum dearation to 5" OD vertical pre-compression screw that compresses the product for more uniformity prior to feeding into the 4" x 10" groved product compaction rollers with roller force of 17.6 KN/CM and roller gaps of 1mm to 6mm, powered by 5 Hp motor drive with onboard stainless steel Fitzmill Model D6A hammer mill has (16) fixed stainless steel impact blades powered by 5 Hp motor drive with 14” long x 6” wide product discharge and 39” floor clearance. Remote control cabinet has A/B panelview touch pad controller with e-stop. Mounted on (4) legs stainless steel frame.
