Equipped with agitated, vertical screw feed product hopper with 1-1/2" OD product feed screw driven by variable speed motor drive, 1.5" L x 8" OD compaction rollers and hammer mill with (16) rotary knife blades for in air impact for harder compacts, and reduction screen (change part per application). Control cabinet has push button start, stop for main power, granulator, compactor, rollers, vertical and horizontal feed screws, with oil, air and amp gauges, panel purged and granulator on, start and stop push buttons. Fitzpatrick, Model 2L X 8D, chilsonator roller compactor mill. Able to process 45Kg to 181Kg (100lbs to 400 lbs) per hour – depending on materials, application, environment and machine configuration. Equipped with 316 stainless steel contact parts, a 6" diameter charge port, 2½" OD / 1¾" ID tri-clamp style discharge with 8½" ground clearance , feed system controlled by both a vertical and horizontal screw and model JT homoloid mill. The vertical screw has 2" OD and is driven by ½ Hp motor with a speed range of 100 to 450 rpm. The horizontal screw has 3" OD and is driven by ¼ Hp motor with a speed range of 0 to 62 rpm. The compaction rolls are 2" wide x 8" OD and made of 17-4PH stainless steel. The homoloid mill equipped with (16) 2½" long x 1" wide knife blades powered by 1½ Hp motor drive. Equipped with 0.95ft³ hopper with 14" long x 7" wide inlet, 8" diameter x 4" wide stainless steel rollers, hammer mill with (6) 0.6" diameter x 8" long bars set at 3-1/2" diameter, 5" OD flanged outlet with 18" ground clearance, side seal, roll, lift and accumulator valves with hand pump, side seal and roll pressure gauges. Mounted on base frame.
