Water Bath Machines

The aerosol water bath is a means of detecting aerosol containers that leak, also known as “leakers”. The aerosol product is under pressure inside the container and once the container is submerged in a water bath, the pressurized gas that is escaping the container forms bubbles in the water. Any aerosol container that is leaking is easily identified in a water bath and can be removed from production. Aerosol water baths are an effective quality assurance measure in detecting faulty aerosol containers.
