Retort Continuous Canning Equipment is either a continuous, agitated or a static continuous cooking process for sealed containers using steam at least 15 PSI and for exposure to this environment for a specified period of time.
Rotary Can cookers will transport the containers though the reheat, cooking and pressure cooling sections in a uniform and consistent manner. The Hydrostatic unit will process sealed containers using two hydrostatic water locks to cook the product in steam for a preset period and then slowly be cooled and be ready for the next operation.
