Cases come as slotted corrugated, knocked-down, opened, closed, RSC, CSSC, OSC, tablock, special, gaylord, bliss, open top, tray, over wrapped tray, and more. There are top load, side load, bottom up, case erectors, tray erectors, wrap-around, roll through as well as unloading casers. Casers may be automatic or semi-automatic and have many ways of accumulating and patterning product. Additionally cases may be closed with tape, glue or tuck. Frain can also integrate 3rd party equipment such as checkweighers, case labeling, readers, machine vision, palletizers and shrink wrappers. A variety of inserters, coders and printers may also be added as necessary.
We offer both Robotic case packers, conventional packers.to load most any product into most any case style. RSC, FOL/POL, HSC, tray, wrap-around, display and other case types can be custom accommodated . Bliss boxes are created with a solid piece of containerboard that is formed to create the front, back, and bottom of the box. A bliss box case erector then inserts two additional pieces of containerboard to form the sides of the case. The two addition pieces are seal to flaps on the main portion of the case using hot melt glue. Producers demand efficient and reliable non-stop production in wet or dry environments.
