Mixer Paste Horizontal are heavy duty batch mixers with a variety of mixer blades from Z Sigma type to double or single bars used in the preparation of paste type of stiff products mixers are equipped with jackets for temperature controls for cooking or cooling. Product is measured and dumped into the top of the horizontal paste mixer with closable lids. Horizontal paste mixer systems are designed to rotate the mixer body to facilitate product removal and dumping. Another version of the horizontal paste mixer is a continuous mixer where products are metered continuously into the mixer and the products for stiff and difficult to handle paste type of products are formed and conveyed along.

Cornell Model D26, "Versator", deaerator, with vacuum system rated from 5 to 125 gallons per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with all 316 stainless steel contact parts, 26" ID product rotating disc, with (2) 3"OD / 2¼"ID Tri-Clamp side chamber in feed and discharge product ports with 61" ground clearance, (1) 3-1/2" OD threaded top vacuum port, with pressure gauge and 4" OD threaded bottom drain. Swing open, bolt down door has (2) 7" OD, 3-1/2" ID front flanged sight ports with drip pan, 25 Hp (4) belt to motor main drive with safety guarding and SIHI Model LPHD liquid ring vacuum system has (4) 5" OD, 2" ID flanged ports and 10 Hp motor drive. Mounted on 78" long x 48" wide painted base platform frame.
Operation: Product flows thru film forming ring out and then over the surface of rotating disc where the dispersion and deaeration action occurs, used in food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and chemical applications.

Cornell Model D-8 variable speed "Versator" with vacuum pump, rated to 2 gpm, depending on product and viscosity. Unit has a 8" diameter disc, a 1/2" product inlet, 1/2" product discharge, a 1/2" top vacuum port, with gauge and a 1/2" bottom drain. Product flows through a film-forming ring out and over the surface of the rotating disc at which time the dispersion/deaeration action occurs. Disc rotation rated from 2000 – 6000 rpm. Commonly used for despersion, and deaeration for food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and chemical applications. Includes 316 S/S contact parts, quick release glass cover and AB starter boxes. Mounted on a painted steel base. Kinney 3/4 hp vacuum pump. Last running in a pharmaceutical operation.
