Equipped with 128" long x 19" wide flexlink product in feed conveyor, with lane spacers and side guards, 48" long (2) chain automatic blank tray magazine, with single arm reciprocating pic n place, collation area with product stop, dead plate, product hold down with single over head product ram loader, 4 chain adjustable indexing conveyor set on 24" centers, with 3" wide x 5" high lugs, Nordson hot melt glue system with tray setup / squaring assembly and compression section. Arpac, Model BPMP-5152, Automatic, inline shrink bundler and tunnel. Rated 10 to 35 packages per minute – depending on materials and application. Product size range: 3" to 12" in Length; 6" to 18" in Width; 3" to 12" in Height. Equipped with 72" long x 20" wide infeed conveyor, laner to flight bar transfer system and 33" long x 26½" wide overlap wrap conveyor section. Dual side film racks with splicer, servo controlled film feed, dancer and tension rollers with exact print registration, has smooth wrapping motion and bottom overlap wrapped sleeve. Film up to 26" maximum in width; 20" in maximum OD with 3" OD core with film cut from supply roll and film type low density polyethylene.

Equipped with 120" long lugged product in feed conveyor, LDPE seal jaws with next generation side seal with film registration and product discharge conveyor. Arpac, semi automatic, inline, shrink bundler and tunnel. Rated from 1 to 15 bundles per minute – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Product size range: 6" to 18" in Length x 6" to 35" in Width x 6" to 18" in Height. Arpac Model 737C bundler equipped with 37" wide hot knife seal jaws with 20" vertical travel and (2) handed cycle start push buttons and roller transfer conveyor into shrink tunnel, powered film feed and has film specifications of 37" in width up to 14" in diameter on 3" OD core and film type polyethylene or low density polyethylene with film gauge of 1 to 3 mil.
Arpac Model HVP, single zone shrink tunnel with total aperture of 40” in width x 20" in height and has a chamber length of 60" with top mounted blower. Control panel has temperature, variable air flow, variable conveyor speed and e-stops. Capable of running boxes, trays, cartons or any conveyable type product. Case size range: 3.2" to 15.3" in Length x 7.7 to 23.2" in Width x 4.7" to 14.7" in Height with manufacturers joint inside or outside. Equipped with 26" wide x 96" long product in feed laner conveyor and has 20" wide x 50" long automatic blank case magazine, side recipacating pick and place, (4) chains adjustable with single load bar, servo drives and Nordson ProBlue hot melt glue system, flap closers and wrap over case station. Control panel has A/B PLC and on board A/B touch screen HMI controller, Seko gauges with e-stop. Mounted on heavy duty frame with interlock safety door guarding. Capable of handling metal or paper cans, glass and plastic jars and bottles with proper change parts. Collates the product loads into a case or tray and seals them with hot-melt glue.
