Adco Model 15D105EC, semi automatic, horizontal, hot melt glue cartoner rated from 25 to 125 cartons per minute – depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. Carton size range: 1" to 9" in Length; 3/4" to 4" in Width; 4" to 12" in Depth. Equipped with (4) chains adjustable set on 12" centers, with 2" wide x 3-1/2" high lugs. 36" long automatic blank carton magazine with (2) head rotary vacuum pick and place, top carton hold down rail, 80" long operator load area, Nordson hot melt glue system, flap tuckers and seko gauges. Control panel has relay logic controller and operator control panel with main, hot melt and vacuum system on / off switches, start, stop, e-stop push buttons and foot pedal jog. Mounted on heavy duty frame with interlock safety guarding with casters and leveling legs.
