Back to All EquipmentAdco Model CTFL-440V, compact, automatic, stainless steel, single head, hot melt glue, tray former and sealer with number of trays per minute – depending on materials and application. Tray size range: 8-1/2" to 25" in Length; 7" to 18" in Width; 2" to 8" in Height. Flat blank size range: 11-1/4" to 36" in Length; 10" to 26" in Width. Equipped with 30" long inclined gravity blank tray magazine, (6) vacuum suction cup reciprocating pic-n-place, dual wheel blank tray assist, single mechanically driven forming mandrel, with overload protection and adjustable stroke, Nordson ProBlue 2-gun hot melt glue unit and self contained vacuum system. Control panel has A/B controller, with A/B touch pad controls and panel view with start, reset, stop, e-stop push buttons, speed control dial, statis light and interlock safety guarding. Mounted on stainless steel frame with leveling legs and locking casters.
