Kliklock Model Genesis GF, automatic, stainless steel, dual head, hot melt glue tray former. Rated from 30 to 60 strokes per minute each head with number of trays – depending on materials and application. Tray size range: 5" to 16¾" in Length; 4" to 10" in Width; 7/8" to 4" in Depth with proper change parts. Equipped with dual 24" long blank tray magazines, suction cup reciprocating pic n place, dual head ram with minor flap and major flap folding plows, Lexon hooded seal area with lift-up access door, 72" long lugged chain tray transfer conveyor set on 20" centers thru machine. Nordoson Problue hot melt glue unit. Control panel has jog, manual, run, forward, reverse, vacuum on / off switch and start, jog, stop and e-stop push button controls. Mounted on heavy duty stainless steel base frame with casters and height adjustable legs.
