Back to All EquipmentAdco, Model AFCH-25-2-SS, Automatic, stainless steel, dual head, tray former. Rated up to 35 cycles per minute with number of trays – depending on materials and application. Tray size range: 3" to 15" in Length; 3" to 10" in Width, ¾" to 4½" in Depth each head. Capable of handling flat blank sizes up to 17" in Length and 20" in Width. Equipped with dual blank tray magazines, dual vacuum suction cup recipicating pick-in-place, mechanical tray forming heads, Nordson hot melt glue unit and on board vacuum system. Control panel has A/B Micrologix controller with vacuum, glue, speed control switches and start, stop, e-stop push buttons with statis light. Mounted on heavy duty stainless steel frame with leveling legs and interlock safety guarding.
