Arpac, Model BPMP-5152, Automatic, inline shrink bundler and tunnel. Rated 10 to 35 packages per minute – depending on materials and application. Product size range: 3" to 12" in Length; 6" to 18" in Width; 3" to 12" in Height. Equipped with 72" long x 20" wide infeed conveyor, laner to flight bar transfer system and 33" long x 26½" wide overlap wrap conveyor section. Dual side film racks with splicer, servo controlled film feed, dancer and tension rollers with exact print registration, has smooth wrapping motion and bottom overlap wrapped sleeve. Film up to 26" maximum in width; 20" in maximum OD with 3" OD core with film cut from supply roll and film type low density polyethylene.

Shrink tunnel has 22" wide x 13" high aperture, x 68" long heat shrink chamber and 102" long x 25" wide conveyor, heating zone with heat controls, air recirculation fans and (1) end discharge cooling fans. Control panel has A/B PLC controller, with touch pad controls, HMI and flight bar, cycle, power on, stop and e-stop push button controls with product jog, run and registration control switches, . Mounted on heavy duty frame with safety guarding and status light bar.
