Cadmach, Model CPD IV-55, 2 sided, 55 station rotary tablet press, rated from 1,320 to 6,600 tablets per minute – depending on materials, application, machine configeration and enivorment being run in. Compression: up to 6 tons. Maximum tablet diameter of 16mm; Maximum fill depth of 17mm. Equipped with "B" tooling, keyed uppers, (2) 12" diameter x 20" deep product hoppers with level sensors and flow valves, 1 ton pre-compression, and (2) three lane discharge chutes with diverters for random sampling and start relief rejecting. Remote control panel with AB controller, touch screen display, push button start / stop, push button compression force and variable speed dial. Mounted on stainless steel base frame. Customer to supply tooling.
