Stainless steel contact parts. Equipped with 70" long (2) chain powered blank carton magazine, (4) head rotary pick n place with carton former, (2) chains currently set on 9" centers and has (48) 3-1/2" long x 2" wide x 3-1/2" high fixed product bucket with (24) 8-1/2" long x 5" wide x 11" deep spout oval rotary volumetric product feed funnels and 55" long x 11-3/4" wide discharge conveyor with 38" floor clearence. Control panel has A/B PLC controller with onboard jog, run auto and vibrator switches with start, stop, e-stop push button controls and statis light. Mounted on heavy duty frame with safety door guarding.
