Automatic, 4-head, rotary chuck-style capper capable of capping from 40 to 120 containers per minute – speeds depending on materials and application. Caps: up to 70mm. Containers: up to 4 1/2" diameter. Has 8" pitch, 100"L x 3 1/4"W tabletop conveyor, worm screw to star wheel in feed, star wheel discharge, four magnetic chucks, 14" diameter disc to transfer caps from chute to chuck, air blow-off of cap at container exit, and E-stop.
