Doboy, Model 751, automatic, single head, tray former. Rated from 10 to 60 trays per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Tray size range: 4" to 20" in Length; 3" to 17" in Width; 1" to 6" in Height. Equipped with 36" long powered blank tray magazine, (3) suction cup vacuum recipicating pick-in-place, single mechanical forming head, Nordson (3) gun hot melt glue system with hooded seal area and lexan lift-up access safety door. Control panel has touch pad controller, with manual / auto switch, vacuum on / off switch, push button forward / stop and E-stop. Mounted on (4) leg frame.
