Doboy, Model 7510, automatic, single head, tuck tray former. Rated from 10 to 50 trays per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Tray size range: 4" to 24" in Length; 3" to 17" in Width; 1" to 6" in Height. Equipped with 35" long adjustable blank tray magazine, (2) suction cup recipicating pick-in-place, single arm tray shuttle and single ram arm tray forming head, hooded seal area with lexan lift-up access door, 15" wide x 110" long Intralox belt take away conveyor, fixed arm touch pad controls and statis light bar. Mounted on base frame with height adjustable legs.
