Model ESA40100-TKV1 L-Bar sealer has a package size range: up to 98″ in length; 7½” to 37½” in width, 1″ to 22¼” in height. Equipped with 40″ wide cross seal bar and 100″ long side seal bar, powered film unwind, 103″ long x 44″ wide product load table with film inverter, 100″ long x 36″ wide product conveyor, scrap re-wind, pneumatic L-Bar lift. Film specifications: up to 44″ in width; 10″ max roll OD.
Eastey model ETB4820, single zone shrink tunnel. Total aperture: 50″ wide x 20″ high (49″ wide x 18½” high working aperture). Equipped with 48″ wide x 144″ long flex link conveyor with a 35″ discharge height, (4) top mounted blower, (3) fans at discharge. Dual temperature controls, conveyor speed and variable velocity airflow. Speeds dependent on materials, application, machine configuration and operator dexterity.
