Shrink tunnels, or heat tunnels, are designed to blow hot air onto a shrink wrapped package to shrink the heat-shrinkable film around the package. Shrink tunnels are designed with conveyor belts to carry the product through the shrink tunnel. Shrink tunnels are limited to the size package they can run by the height and width of the tunnel aperture. Packages must be shorter than the aperture height and less wide that the aperture width to fit in the shrink tunnel. Shrink tunnel can be designed with one or more tunnel zones that can maintain different temperatures. Shrink tunnels are designed with adjustable temperature controls for each tunnel zone.
Shrink tunnels can be used to shrink heat shrinkable film wrapped around a package or can be used to shrink a heat shrinkable neck band or body sleeve around a container. Neck band shrink tunnels are specifically designed to shrink neck bands and are designed to direct the heat of the neck band shrink tunnel directly to the neck of the container. Neck band shrink tunnels will often not be completely enclosed tunnels.

Equipped with 4-1/4″ Wide x 5″ High x 46″ long heat shrink chamber capable of handling 4″ diameter necks and 4″ high bands. Control panel has A/B controller and single top mounted blower motor and temperature controller with e-stop. Mounted on KAL-200 auto-lift height adjustable stand and has 74″ long x 38″ wide x 74″ high enclosed plastic safety guarding.

Equipped with hand crank height adjustable heat chambers with (2) top mounted (1/3) hp recirculating blowers, on / off power switches with digital temperature controllers, heat up/cool down switch each chamber. Mounted on common base stand.

Temperature: up to 500° F. Equipped with a 108" long x 15" wide plastic mesh conveyor, top center mounted blower and variable temperature controls. Mounted on casters.

American Film, Model WSN-300-2M4T, stainless steel, steam shrink tunnel designed to be used with external 10 Hp steam generator with number of container per minute – depending on materials and application. Can handle middle or full body and cap shrink applications with materials of PVC, PETG, OPS and PLA and a wide range of round, square, oval and other irregularly shaped containers with proper change parts. Equipped with 4" wide x 11½" high total aperature x 80" long chamber, 4½" wide x 120" long stainless steel conveyor, two steam zones and adjustable manifold with direct steam heat.
