Shrink tunnels, or heat tunnels, are designed to blow hot air onto a shrink wrapped package to shrink the heat-shrinkable film around the package. Shrink tunnels are designed with conveyor belts to carry the product through the shrink tunnel. Shrink tunnels are limited to the size package they can run by the height and width of the tunnel aperture. Packages must be shorter than the aperture height and less wide that the aperture width to fit in the shrink tunnel. Shrink tunnel can be designed with one or more tunnel zones that can maintain different temperatures. Shrink tunnels are designed with adjustable temperature controls for each tunnel zone.
Shrink tunnels can be used to shrink heat shrinkable film wrapped around a package or can be used to shrink a heat shrinkable neck band or body sleeve around a container. Neck band shrink tunnels are specifically designed to shrink neck bands and are designed to direct the heat of the neck band shrink tunnel directly to the neck of the container. Neck band shrink tunnels will often not be completely enclosed tunnels.

Equipped with 12" in Height; 21" in Width total aperture with 73" Long shrink heat chamber, 86" long x 17¼" wide composit conveyor, illuminated shrink chamber and viewing window and blowers. Swivel control panel with variable speed temperature and air velocity controls. Mounted on base frame with casters and leveling legs.

American Film & Machinery Model WSN-GEN-2M stainless steel, steam shrink tunnel and conveyor with self contained steam generator and number of containers per minute – depending on materials and application. Can handle middle or full body and cap shrink applications with materials of PVC, PETG, OPS and PLA and a wide range of round, square, oval and other irregularly shaped containers. Equipped with 1 zone and 2 tier shrink steam tunnel with 5-1/4" wide x 8" high total aperature x 79" long chamber with multiple steam zones and adjustable manifold with direct steam heat, 4-1/2" wide x 128" long stainless steel table top product conveyor has 36" in feed and discharge height hand crank adjustable to + / – 2", with A/C vari-speed controller. self contained 20KW electric steam boiler, with 50 psi, internally plumbed and steam pressure controls, drip pan for condensation recovery has a maximum operating temperature of 212° F, with temperature gauge and adjustable manifold for direct steam heat and steam pressure of 3-4 Kg/cm2 with 43 to 57 psi and dual top 3-3/4" OD steam exhaust, hot and cold water in / output ports with consumption rates of 200 litres or 52 gallons an hour. Chamber dimensions of 120" in Length. Equipped with 150" long x 45" wide nylon fiberglass flexlink product belt conveyor with 38" in feed and discharge heights. Top mounted dual blowers independently controlled to accommodate high speed shrink wrapping systems. Control panel has heater 1 and 2 controls, power on, cycle start, stop, cycle, reset e-stop buttons. Mounted on heavy duty frame with (4) height adjustable legs.

NAFM, Model YS-130L, stainless steel steam shrink tunnel. Capable of handling round, square, oval and other irregularly shaped containers. Equipped with a 5" wide x 12" high x 80" long tunnel, with (12) sets of adjustable steam nozzles, (6) flow controls, 1" NPT connections for steam supply and mounted on a height adjustable "H" style base to accomodate line heights from 32" to 45".
