Equipped with (3) Qualtech 32" diameter x 60" deep 200 gallon stainless steel single straight wall tanks, all have flat tops with manways and flip up covers, top return ports. Slant side bottoms and end bottom discharges into a 10 HP Alfa Laval model 9634058630 centrifugal pump with a 2½" suction and 2" discharge. Control Panel has AB touch screen HMI, chart recorder and status light bar. Mounted on stainless steel skid.

Equipped with (1) Fristam model FZX2100 liquid ring pump with a 2½"OD / 2"ID Tri-clamp suction infeed and 2½"OD / 2"ID Tri-clamp discharge powered by a 3 hp drive at 1760 rpm. Skid also includes (1) FPX722-145 centrifugal pump with a 2½"OD / 2"ID Tri-clamp suction infeed and 2½"OD / 2"ID Tri-clamp discharge powered by a 7½ hp drive at 3520 rpm. A/B PLC with touch pad. Mounted on (8) leg stainless steel frame.

Feldmeier, platform mounted, stainless steel, CIP system. Equipped with 36" OD x 45" Deep 200 gallon single wall 316 stainless steel holding tank with 2"ID overflow connection and 2½"OD / 2"ID Tri-clamp style water charge. Vessel discharges into Ampco, Model LCV520-252-21, centrifugal recirculation pump powered by 10 Hp motor drive. The pump brings fluid through a tube in shell heat exchange before discharging to a 3½" ID / 3" OD Tri-clamp CIP supply line. Control panel with an A/B PLC and PanelView touch screen HMI. Mounted on stainless steel platform style base.

All have 22" long x 18" wide top lift off covers, flat tops and slant bottoms, side bottom discharges, top return ports, (3) 3 Hp centrifugal pumps, 1½" OD / 1¼" ID stainless steel piping with sanitary couplings, and metering pumps. Mounted on heavy duty stainless steel base frame.

Equipped with one 200-gallon single wall holding tank with 18" manway (6) 3-1/2" OD, (1) 2-1/2" OD sanitary top ports and 3" OD sanitary side bottom discharge. Has all stainless-steel tube in shell heat exchanger with 1.5" ID sanitary tube in / outlets, Fristam stainless steel centrifugal pump with stainless steel 10 Hp motor drive. The system has 2" OD stainless steel sanitary piping and fittings, flow meter with read-out, inline filter, air and check valves, temperature sensors and gauges. A/B controller with flow rate and level controls, conductivity meter, solenoids, and breakers. Mounted on 108" long x 48" wide stainless steel platform.
