Back to All EquipmentEDL Model FBS22, inline, continuous motion, bundler and integrated shrink tunnel. Rated up to 35 bundles per minute – depending on materials and application. Product size range: 10" to 24" in Length x 5" to 11" in width x 3" to 10" in Height. Equipped with 76" long x 15" wide in feed conveyor and has pneumatic gate indexing, 23" wide hot impulse seal jaws set on 27" centers with flight bar, film rolls up to 22" in width; and 12" OD.
Single zone shrink tunnel with 24" wide flex link conveyor and 26” in width x 16" in height aperture and 77" long chamber with top mounted blower motor. Control panel has Allen-Bradley controller with touch screen HMI. Mounted on heavy duty frame with status light bar and interlocked safety guarding.
