Equipped with waterfall style cap feeder has 36" long x 40" wide x 44" deep hopper and 24" wide belt with 1/2" high cleats set on 3" centers and 118" discharge height. Capper has 108" long x 4" wide container conveyor, with worm screw to star wheel in feed and discharge 36" OD turrett with (36) 1" OD fill to level nozzles, set on 3-1/2" centers, with 6-1/2" long x 4-1/2" wide container platforms and screw capper with 24" OD turret and 15 head rotary screw capper set on 3-1/2" centers. Control panel has touch pad HMI with push button start / stop buttons for filler and conveyor with e-stop. Mounted on stainless steel frame with drip pan.
