Designed for handling a multi-range of glass or plastic containers with various closure applications such as push-on caps, droppers, regular rubber stoppers, flip-off, ROPP, screw and alu-caps all with proper change parts. Stainless steel construction. Bottle diameter: 14mm to 90mm, Bottle mouth: 5mm, Bottle height: 35mm to 180mm, Maximum closure diameter: 55mm, Maximum closure height: 65mm, Maximum bottle length: 22mm to 80mm, Maximum bottle width: 14mm to 60mm. Equipped with 72" long x 3¼" wide in feed container conveyor, with (2) stainless steel bowl feeders, capable of feeding caps and other parts (6) filling heads and (2) head capping station. Control panel has A/B controller with swing arm touch pad controls and Panelview Plus 1000 with statis light bar. Mounted on stainless steel frame with casters, and safety guarding.
