Rated up to 110 containers per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Fill range up to: 120ml – single dose, 360ml – multiple dose. Container size range: 9mm to 60mm OD x 32mm to 152mm in Height. Plug / Fitment size range: 8mm to 29mm. Cap size range: 8mm to 32mm. (both with proper change parts). Equipped with 3¼” wide x 102″ long container feed conveyor has worm screw to star wheel indexing (2) head piston filler, vibratory bowl feeder for plugs / fitments, (8) head fitment applicator, vibratory bowl feeder for caps, (8) head cap placer and (2) head cap tighting. Control panel has A/B controller with Panelview HMI. Mounted on stainless steel frame with safety door guarding and leveling legs.
