Fill volume: 1.5 Litres to 1 gallon. Fill to level: 1/4" to 3" from top of bottles per application. Container size: 2" to 6-1/2" in Diameter x 4" to 12" in Height. Equipped with 60" long x 3-1/2" wide stainless steel belt conveyor with star wheel in feed and discharge, 48" OD turret has 18 filling heads with 1" OD nozzles, set on 7" centers and 6" wide x 4-3/4" long stainless steel container lift pedastals and 5 head rotary press on capper set on 8" centers, no container / no fill and no cap sensors. Control panel has filler, conveyor and pump on / off, jog in / reverse, cap read and cap photoeye switches. Mounted on a stainless steel base frame with height adjustable legs.
