Filamatic, Model V-300, (8) head, automatic inline stainless steel, piston filler. Rated up to 200 containers per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with 190" long x 3" wide container conveyor has star wheel indexing with adjustable guide rails, (8) filling heads with (8) XL-560 cc FKS pistons and (8) ¼" OD diving nozzles for bottom up fill mounted on 29" long slide bar with a fill range from 26ml to 560ml. Accuracies of + / – 0.5% and is capable of handling free flowing to viscous products in a variety of container sizes and shapes, all with the proper change parts. 45 gallon stainless steel product tank with a 24" diameter x 24" deep vessel dimension. Control system has conveyor and machine speed dials, push button start, stop, reset and e-stop controls. Mounted on stainless steel frame with safety door guarding and leveling legs.
