Fitzmill Guiloriver extructor capable of reducing small solid round and rectangle frozen products into 3/8" particles at rates from 0 to 60 lbs per minute – depending on materials and application. Ideal for frozen fruit, dairy, and citrus products, has all stainless steel contact parts, 12" x 10" feed throat 14" OD stainless steel break drum with 1/2" high riving pins which break’s the product down and a 17" x 15" product discharge with 17" floor clearance, and 5 HP motor drive. Mounted on a painted base frame. Reduces both round and rectangle shapes and is the perfect solution for frozen eggs, frozen cream, butter, frozen fruits, berries, wheels of cheese and more it eliminates thawing, reduces handling and bacterial growth. Mounted on (4) leg frame.
