Rietz Model RE24K7E,Stainless steel, extructor, designed for grinding frozen, partially frozen, or fully thawed 40 lb blocks of product and is rated from 40 to 30,000 lbs per hour – depending on materials and application. Equipped with 30" long x 27" wide x 34" deep stainless steel crevice free product hopper with (6) 10" long x 7" high hammer blades on 8" OD shaft and (6) 5" long x 8 high stationary anvils (no knives / no sharpening, low maintenance), 24" ID rotary product reduction port, with swing open, bolt down cover, reduction screen (change part per application) with 75" floor clearance, chain to sprocket 40 Hp motor drive with safety guarding, start / stop push button controls, with e-stop. Mounted on (4) leg bolt down base frame.
