Rated up to 220 lbs. of product per hour – depending on materials, application, machine configuration and environment. Equipped with (2) screw feed design and has 13" long x 8" wide x 12" deep ID stainless steel product hopper with rotary product feeder, 3" OD horizontal screw that eliminates vacuum de-aeration to 2" vertical pre-compression screw that compresses product for more uniformity prior to feeding into the 2" x 8" grooved product compaction rollers with roller force of 26.3 KN/CM and roller gaps of 1mm to 6mm, powered by 5 Hp motor drive with onboard stainless steel Fitzmill Model M5A hammer mill with (16) fixed stainless steel blades and 6" OD product discharge with 49” floor clearance. Control panel has A/B PLC with PanelView. Mounted on (4) legs stainless steel frame.
